HEALTHY CHOICES
In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, there is increasing attention for health. However, healthy living remains a challenge for many people, both physically and mentally. The city of Aalst is committed to further growing in this leadership with initiatives such as Aalst Zorgstad and the Health Hub.
With the theme “Future Leaders, Healthy Choices”, we at JCI Aalst want to emphasize four sub-themes: physical health, mental health, technology and leadership.
We aim to inspire future leaders and highlight the crucial role of health in our lives. Our vision is to create an inspiring and informative platform where participants can exchange ideas, gain practical knowledge and explore innovative approaches to embrace and maintain healthy choices. By focusing on improving our well-being, we pave the way for a better future, both as individuals and as a society.

What can you expect at NCN 2025?

On Friday evening we will kick off the convention with a spectacular Get Acquainted Party.

Saturday will be a day full of interesting speakers, training sessions and company visits, followed by a gala at a divine location.

On Sunday we close the weekend with a cozy optional brunch.
Zodra je iemand ziet lachen, krijg je ook zin om te lachen, daar zorgen je spiegelneuronen in de hersenen voor.
Lachen is écht gezond! Lachen verhoogt het gevoel van welzijn, verhoogt je productiviteit net als je creativiteit!
Ook is lachen ideaal ter preventie van stressklachten en burn-out, want dankzij het lachen verlaagt je stresshormoon, cortisol.
En door de aanmaak van de gelukshormonen voel je je na een workshop lachyoga echt vrolijk en blij !
Je hoort het al: Lachyoga is goed voor je fysieke en mentale gezondheid én plezant tegelijk!
GAP
Onze Get Acquainted Party zal doorgaan bij L'Étage. L'Étage biedt een unieke ervaring tijdens NCN 2025. Dit stijlvolle restaurant, gelegen op het Vredeplein, combineert heerlijke tapas met een warme, gezellige sfeer. Voor deelnemers van het evenement is dit dé plek om te ontspannen en te genieten van verfijnde gerechten om het NCN goed te starten.
Met een brede selectie van heerlijke hapjes, vergezeld van lekkere drankjes en fijn gezelschap, wordt elke maaltijd een feest. Kom langs bij L'Étage en ontdek de perfecte mix van culinaire hoogstandjes en sfeer op de GAP tijdens het NCN 2025!

50 year Lustrum JCI Aalst
JCI Aalst is an active department within JCI and has built a strong reputation in organizing the National Convention. It is already the 4th time that JCI Aalst is chosen as organizer. The NCN in Aalst guarantees a large number of participants and an extremely high-quality event.
JCI Aalst chartered in 1975. That is why we will also celebrate our 10th lustrum at the NCN gala, exactly 50 years later.
